If you can guess the iPhone, iPod Touch also iPad do flush right on the text, the answer CAN! Built-in apps do not have the option to alignment but there are other ways that can be done if you really need that feature.
1. Go to Settings
2. Select General
3. Select the Keyboard
4. Select International Keyboards
5. Select Add New Keyboard
6. Select Hebrew, Japanese, or other fonts with font record is written from right to left.
When finished with steps 1-6, iDevice now you're ready to be used for typing text with flush right alignment. To try it, do the following:
1. Open the Notes (or another application for typing)
2. Type in a word
3. Double tap on the word that become highlighted.
4. An arrow will appear on the right side of the popup menu.
5. Tap on the arrow to activate the left / right
Done! Now you can try to take notes with text flush right;)
